Topical Herbal Balm. This is a soothing cream that may help with many different skin conditions. **      2 oz tin 

Ingredients: olive oil, beeswax, comfrey root/leaf, plantain leaf, echinacea root, golden seal, hyssop, elderflower, slippery elm bark, myrrh, and benzoin resin.

comfrey root/leaf - Rich in allantoin, which encourages skin cell renewal and repair. Excellent for bruises, sore muscles, dry skin, and cracked areas. Traditionally called "knitbone."

plantain leaf - One of the best herbs for soothing irritated skin. Anti-inflammatory and mildly antimicrobial. Helps reduce itching and redness.

echinacea root - Anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. Traditionally used to stimulate the body's natural healing response. May reduce redness and irritation.

golden seal - Naturally antimicrobial and astringent. Traditionally used to help keep minor wounds clean and support healing. Contains berberine, which has antibacterial properties.

hyssop - Traditionally used for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects. Helps cleanse skin and soothe irritation.

elderflower - Gentle anti-inflammatory rich in flavonoids and antioxidants. Softens skin and helps calm redness. 

slippery elm bark - High in mucilage, which forms a soothing protective layer on the skin. Helps reduce irritation and dryness.

myrrh - Powerful anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant. Helps protect damaged skin and may encourage tissue repair. Gives the balm a longer shelf life due to its antioxidant properties.

benzoin resin - Creates a protective barrier on skin, helps lock in moisture, supports healing, and acts as a natural fixative. Adds a warm vanilla-like resin scent and may slightly extend shelf life.
