Shipping Policy
Every Mermaizing Scents product is handcrafted in small batches in Laytonville, California, so each order is packed by hand with care.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of being received. Weekends and holidays aren't counted as business days, so an order placed on a Friday will typically ship by the middle of the following week. During busy seasons or market weekends, processing may take a little longer, and we'll always let you know if that's the case.
Shipping rates and delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Free Economy shipping on all orders over $75.
For orders under $75, flat rates are based on the weight of your order:
- Economy: $8.50 for orders 1–5 lb, $16.50 for 5–15 lb
- Standard: $10.70 for orders up to 5 lb, $19.90 for 5–15 lb
Live USPS and UPS rates are also available at checkout if you'd like a faster option. You'll see everything available to you before you pay.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it along the way. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed, as they're outside our control once the parcel leaves our hands.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a parcel once it's shipped, and packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at additional cost.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at mermaizingscents@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. If a parcel appears lost in transit, get in touch and we'll help you track it down.
